How long does it take to set up a shop?
Most shops are live 1–2 weeks from your enquiry. Once products and artwork are approved, the build itself takes 2–3 days.
How do I get a shop?
Take the quiz above and send us the result, or contact our team directly. We'll confirm your products, pricing and dates, then build it.
Do we have to be a sports club?
No. Schools, associations, businesses, community groups and event organisers all run shops with us. If a group of people needs the same branded gear, it works.
What does a shop cost us?
Nothing to set up. Each person pays at checkout, so you are never out of pocket and never holding stock. Want the shop to fundraise? You choose the margin added to each product, and it comes back to the club.
Can we open and close it each season or intake?
Yes. Run fixed ordering windows with a closing date, reopen the same shop each season, or leave it open all year.
Can we track orders ourselves?
Yes — the Club Shop Portal shows live orders, who has ordered and where your production run is up to.
What if someone enters the wrong name or number?
Correct it in the portal or tell us before production starts. Every order carries a live print record, so the fix follows the garment through to printing.
Does the shop replace our team kit order?
No. Big bulk orders are still placed by the club direct with the KPI team. The shop covers what members buy themselves: merch, off-the-shelf training wear, supporter gear, and any kit you'd rather players order and pay for individually.
