Talk to JacobCustom football kit, your own club shop, and your own KPI account manager taking the jobs off your volunteers.
Every club we work with is run by volunteers. These are the jobs we take off them.
“We're chasing sizes and money from hundreds of families.”
Sorted. Your own club shop. Members order and pay for themselves, in their own size. Orders are sorted by player, team and position, with the required items set for each.
“Kit day is a car park full of boxes.”
Sorted. We pick and pack by team, ready to hand straight to coaches and managers.
“Our sponsors aren't locked in yet, so we can't finish the kit.”
Sorted. Our designers manage your sponsor logos and positions, and your account manager plans the order back from when you need it, so you know the real deadline.
“New committee, and nobody knows what was ordered or agreed.”
Sorted. Your account manager knows your club's history. Once a season we sit down with you and give you a written summary of what you spent, what you earned back and what to order next.
“We don't want to become experts in kit.”
Sorted. A real designer does the design, free. We recommend two or three options per item instead of a full catalogue, and you approve every detail.
“New players, lost uniforms and small teams mid-season.”
Sorted. In-stock from one, custom from 10 per design, and consignment stock we hold for your club so common items are on hand.
“The club needs money, not another cost.”
Sorted. Rewards on your club's spend to put back into the game, and income from every sale through your club shop, with little or no stock to hold.
“We never know where our order is up to.”
Sorted. Your own KPI account manager, who is part of the local sport community: a coach, player, volunteer or committee member at their own club. They come to you, at training or on game day, and you'll hear back within one business day.
You are not alone. We've been supporting community volunteers since 1986. Your problems have solutions we have already built.
Tell us your biggest headache and we'll show you how it gets sorted.
A KPI partnership isn't just a kit order. Your committee receives the support it needs, your club earns rewards on every dollar, and your members experience a better way to buy.

Our Account and Partner Managers aren't just a first name. They coach, play, volunteer and sit on committees at their own local clubs. They know what your week looks like, because it's their week too.

Talk to DaniYou can buy from us either way, and plenty of clubs do. What a partnership changes is everything around the order. You get your own account manager who knows your club rather than an order desk, your club shop built and run for you, your design work included, and what the season will cost agreed up front so your committee can budget before it opens. You also earn credit back on what the club spends, which one-off orders don't. The trade is that your club buys its apparel through us for the term - that commitment is what makes the rest of it work.
Full custom from 10 per design.* The in-stock range from one, so small teams and replacements are covered. Your account manager plans your order with you so the range clears its minimums, rather than leaving your club to work it out.
*Some items, such as caps and socks, have a higher minimum. Your account manager confirms the minimum for every item in your range before you order, so there are no surprises.Yes. Design and artwork for your kit are included in your partner pricing, and so is the social content to promote your shop. There is no separate design charge and no minimum you have to reach first.
We build and run a shop in your club's branding on the KPI site, so families and supporters buy playing, off-field and supporter gear directly, in their own size, delivered to their door. We manage the shop and the fulfilment, so your club isn't holding stock, chasing sizes or handling the money. Your club sets its own rebate on every sale, and that goes to your club's account. What your members buy also counts toward your club's own rewards.
Credit back on what your club spends with us, to put toward your next order, and it grows as your club grows. What your members buy through your club shop counts toward it too. Your account manager sets out exactly what your club earns before you sign anything, and you get it in writing every season.
An online shop where members order and pay for themselves, delivered to their door, and everyone chooses their own size instead of being handed one by the club. Proper fits for women, girls and youth, sizing that stays the same year to year, and supporter gear for the whole family.
Your account manager works through what you have and when it runs out, then plans the change around your season. Stock your club already holds when the partnership starts is yours to sell through - you're not asked to write it off or hide it.
Club apparel, headwear and merchandise, yes - that's the commitment that makes the partner pricing and the rewards work. Three things sit outside it: anything we don't make or supply, anything your federation or association requires you to buy from them or from a supplier they nominate, and the stock you already hold when we start.
As a basic, every partner club gets the same things from day one: your own account manager, your club shop, your design service and your committee ordering portal. Your rewards start earning on your first order.
Past that, it's a conversation rather than a package. Your account manager sits down with your committee to work out what your club actually needs - which teams are up next, what's urgent, what's been getting in the way - and your partnership is built around that, then set out in writing so everyone can see what was agreed.Yes, and we encourage it.
