COVID 19 freight update.

We are experiencing some delays to normal freight times due to COVID 19. The delivery times outlined below should be increased by up to 50% for the foreseeable future.

KPI Sports endeavors to process all stock orders within the next business day. Orders requiring the application of names, numbers or logos require 2 - 5 business days before the items are shipped.

KPI Sports will arrange for delivery of the goods by Australia Post or a courier. KPI Sports will endeavor to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time frames detailed below. However, KPI Sports will not be liable to you or anyone else for any losses suffered or incurred due to delay.

Delivery Area	Usual time frame for delivery
South East Queensland	1 – 3 business days
Central Queensland	2 – 4 business days
North Queensland and all other parts of Australia	3 – 7 business days

The estimated delivery date depends on your delivery address, and is calculated from the time payment is received in our account

Please allow for a further 3 business days (in addition to the above) for delivery to remote areas as an estimate only.

The delivery dates are estimates only. KPI Sports will do all that it can to ensure delivery within the estimated dates, but factors such as public holidays and peak delivery times may not allow this to always be possible.

Freight will be charged on all orders including samples.

DELIVERY OF BULKY ITEMS & LARGE ORDERS

Additional freight charges may apply for delivery of bulky items and large orders to regional or remote areas. Bulky items include items such as some goals and bulk ball orders.

We will contact you as soon as your order is processed to discuss if additional charges will apply or you can contact us at sales@kpisports.com.au to discuss your order and freight options prior to making an order for bulky items.

For the purposes of freight costs, large orders are generally those with a value exceeding $1,000.
